Fragrant cakes with blueberries



Ingredients:
Fresh blueberries — 350 g
Wheat flour — 260 r + 2 tbsp. l.
Orange peel (dried) — 1 tbsp. l.
Disintegrant — 1 hour. L.
Brown sugar, versatile — 150 g
Vanilla Sugar — 8g
Egg — 1 pc. (C-O)
Serum (or low-fat yogurt) — 200 ml
Vegetable oil, refined — 80 ml
Blueberry-banana smoothie sour milk:
Yogurt is a natural (home) — 1 liter
Banana
Fresh blueberries — 200 g
Brown sugar, universal — 50 g
